Gym Challenge
The SquirtleSquadMC Gym Challenge is one of the core progression systems on the server. Defeat all 8 Gym Leaders to earn your badges and qualify for the Elite Four.
How It Works
- Travel to the Gym District at spawn
- Enter the gym for your desired badge
- Challenge the Gym Leader to a battle
- Win to earn the badge and rewards
Note: Gym Leaders are controlled by real players on our staff team. If a Gym Leader is offline, you can schedule a battle through Discord.
The 8 Gym Leaders

Rules
- Your Pokémon must be at or below the Level Cap for that gym
- You may use up to 6 Pokémon per battle
- No duplicate Pokémon species allowed
- Legendary Pokémon are banned from Gym Challenges 1–6
Rewards
Defeating each Gym Leader earns you:
- The corresponding Gym Badge (displayed in your trainer profile)
- ₽ (amount scales with gym number)
- A TM (Technical Machine) for a signature move
The Elite Four
After collecting all 8 badges, you can challenge the Elite Four — four of the strongest trainers on the server. Defeating all four and the Champion earns you the title of SquirtleSquadMC Champion, a custom cosmetic, and a permanent spot on the Hall of Fame.
